Dr. Stephanie Burdick in an adult internal medicine hospitalist, clinical assistant professor of internal medicine at Michigan State University College of Human Medicine, and medical director of the Clinical Standardization Program for the Corewell Health System. She completed her undergraduate education at Georgetown University in the Honors Program of the School of Nursing and Health Studies, where she was also a 4-year division I soccer player. She went on to complete medical school and internal medicine residency at the University of Michigan. In her current role, Dr. Burdick works closely with multidisciplinary medical teams to employ clinical standardization practices aimed at improving the quality and value of care provided to patients. She has strong interests and knowledge in quality improvement methodology. She is devoted to improving patient outcomes through realizing a vision of care delivery that minimizes unnecessary clinical variation and embraces evidence-based practice
