Rania Esteitie, MD, FCCP, is an Assistant Professor of Internal Medicine at Central Michigan University and is currently a Pulmonary Critical Care Physician at Covenant HealthCare in Saginaw Michigan. Along with the help of her colleagues, she reinstated the Society of Critical Care Medicine-Michigan Chapter (SCCM-MI) during the COVID-19 Pandemic and is currently the President of this society since 2019. She is an active member of the American Thoracic Society, CHEST, and Society of Critical Care Medicine and is engaged in numerous educational committees within these societies aimed to foster collaboration, leadership, and education. She received her Medical Degree from the University of Balamand in Beirut-Lebanon and completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Georgetown, her Chief Residency at St Elizabeth's Medical Center in Boston-MA, and her Pulmonary Critical Care Fellowship at TUFTS Medical Center in Boston, MA.
