Emily Nerreter was named Manager, Pay for Performance & Registries for Henry Ford Health in October 2018. In this role, Emily works with clinical and operational leadership to support program collaboration, standardization, improvement, and optimization across the system. Prior to her current role, Emily was the Manager, Population Health supporting a team of medical coding professionals working on Medicare Advantage initiatives for the Henry Ford Medical Group. Prior to returning to the facility side in 2014, Emily served as a Financial Analyst II at Health Alliance Plan and a Medical Review Data Technician at Wellpoint/National Government Services, supporting Indiana/Kentucky Medicare Part B Jurisdictions. Emily holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in International Business Management from Northwood University. She also holds a Master’s in Business Administration from The Richard DeVos Graduate School of Management, Midland Michigan. Emily also maintains two AAPC medical coding certifications and has participated in Henry Ford Health’s Healthcare Equity Scholars and Inforum’s Momentum Mentors Programs.
