HMS/Mi-COVID19 Initiative Wins BCBSA Fast Track Best Practices Award

HMS/Mi-COVID19 Initiative won the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association (BCBSA) Fast Track Best Practices Award. The Mi-COVID19 Initiative was nominated by BCBSM for a Best Practice Award through the BCBSA Fast Track Network. The Fast Track Network represents executives and medical leaders across the Blue Cross Blue Shield plans across the Nation with the goal of sharing novel best practices across the Blue Cross Blue Shield Network. On 12/17/20, Dr. Flanders and representatives from BCBSM accepted the award and shared a summary to date of the work to date, key findings, and future priorities related to this important initiative.
